INFORMATION OF THE AIRPORT SERVICE OF THE COMPANY AUTOS COLONIA
This information will help you to take over the car without any problems.
1.Take over the car
You will be met by a member of the Company at the meeting point in
the middle of the arrivals hall.
Please do not wait at the departure gate, go to the meeting point. The meeting
point is well signposted an is located in the center of public part of the arrival area. Our employee will have
your name on a board and our name will be in red. Our employee will then accompany
you to the car on the 3th floor of the car park. He will ask you to complete the necessary
documentation and settle your account. He will hand over the car to you and
we hope you have an enjoyable holiday. In the event of you not meeting with
our employee please telephone him on ( mobile 650 820 862, using a British
mobile you do not need a pre dial number). Our office can also be reached
by mobile number 619 742 700. If your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour
kindly inform us by using one of these numbers.
2. RETURN OF THE CAR
On the day of return please park the car on the 3th floor in the car park.
At the entrance to the car park take a ticket, park the car near the stairway,
open the boot, lock the car and put the key in the boot. On the 4th floor
there is a direct passage to the Check In. Do not drive to the main floor
in the car park. We have a another key and we will collect the car. Please
make sure you are on the 3th floor because if we have to search for the car
it can sometimes take 3 1/2 hours to find. Kindly inform us of any changes
to your estmated return time.
3. CAR - PETROL
The car contains approximately 5 liters of fuel. If you you need more fuel,
there is a garage right after the exit of the park house. If you prefer we
can fill the tank and charge you accoordingly.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT AIRPORT SERVICE
If you are parking the car, take all your own personal belongings out of the car.
The car may not be locked. In case of any damage to our vehicle, you may have to
pay costs and we recommend that you take out the additional insurance option detailed
in the next paragraph. Remember, when you return the car to the airport, you must lock the
car and put the key in the boot.
5. INSURANCE
The comprehensive is unlimeted. Clients liability in the event of an accident is as follows
for cars class A € 600.-, for class B € 750.-, for class C € 900.- and for class D € 1500.-.
To recover this liability an additional premium of € 4,00 for class A, € 5,00 for class B, € 6,00
for class C per day is chargeable. Our vehicles may not driven by other drivers without the
authorisation of the company. Failure to notify the company will result in the loss of the fully
compressive insurance. The insurance does not cover breaches of traffic laws, eg stop signes,
speed limits, driving with excess alcohol etc.
6. INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
You pay your account when we take the car to you at the airport. You can pay by cash or
credit card, Visa, Master Card, Eurocard. We regret that American Express and Diners Card
are not acceptable.
7. 24-HOUR SERVICE
In case of emergency we have a 24 hour service. Please dial mobile 619 742 700,
using a British mobile you do not need a pre-dial number.
8. DATE OF RENTAL CONTRACT
If you want to save time at the airport, you can send you information ahead, viz.
Full name of the driver, home address and holiday accommodation adress
and if possible a mobile telephone number. We also require your home phone and fax number,
your passport number and date of issue. The number of your driving license and the place and
date of issue. Your flight number, airline name, time of departure and time of arrivel in Palma.
Please also provide details of your return flight.
