Information about our airport service and contract advices
These informations should facilitate your start in the holidays and help you to find your rented car quick and easy at the airport.
Pick up of the car
So are waiting for you at the coffeebar at the entrance of the park house. Please leave the airport-building where is the meeting-point at the exit 4. On the right side there are the taxis and on the left side the busses standing. Between there is a electric belt going to the park house on the other side. Follow this belt until the end and there, at the entrance to the park house, is the coffeebar, where we will wait for you.Our member of staff will have your name on a board and our name will be in red, he will complet the contract formalities, is going to take the money and than accompanying you to the third floor of the park house to deliver you the car.Your holiday can begin!
If you do not find our member of staff, you also can reach him at the handy number 647 403 359 ( also for a foreignhandy without area code, otherwise dial 0034 in advance ). You can reach our office always under the following mobil number 697 742 700. If you see, that your departure is more than one hour delayed please inform us under the above mentioned telephone number, that we don't have to wait too long. Thank you for your comprehension!
Return of the car
On the departure day please park the car on the third floor in the park house. The park house is situated on the opposite of the airport building. Please enter directly on the left side in the park house. That means you follow the blue signs direction entry of the park house and you are not going direction "return for car rentals" . Than you are driving to the third floor and enter inside the parking floor. At the entry you have to get the ticket at the ticket machine. Than directly at the left side you park the car, open the boot, lock the car and put the key and the ticket in the boot under the cover. Close the boot. If it is not possible to lock the car, please open the window of the driver a little bit, lock the car and throw the key and the ticket through the window inside the car. Than you turn to the stairs in the park house. From the fourth floor there is a direct passage to the departure-hall - so do not take the lift to the ground floor. Later we are coming to the car with a second key and will collect the car. Please make sure, that the car definitivly is parked in the third floor, because to search for it in the whole park house can last until 3 1/2 hours!
In case of a change of your reservation or if your mentioned departure time is changed, so that also the return time of the rented car will be different, please let us know the new time, that we do not have to search for the car.
Refuel of the car
The car will be delivered with about approximately 5l of fuel, so that you have to refuel the car. The gasoline station is at the airport. Leave the park house, underride the bridge where the street is making a right curve and than you could turn to the left side direction highway. But do not turn left to the highway, turn to the right side direction gasoline station. We do have cars with regular petrol and with diesel fuel. The diesel fuel is for following cars: BMW118d 1-Serie, BMW X3, Mini Cooper, Mini Cooper Clubman, Renault Grand Scenic, Renault Trafic and Nissan Primastar. On the cap of the tank the cars with diesel fuel are signed specially. Diesel fuel is named in spanish Diesel and the fuel dispenser is signed black. All the other cars are driving with regular petrol, which is called over here "super sin plomo" ( = without plumb ) 95 octan and you get it at the green signed fuel dispensers.
If you wish, we can fill your tank and you pay the fuel extra, that means you pay the content of the tank less 5l resource. .
Locking of the car
If you park your rented car it has to be unlocked and you have to take out all your personal articles of value. If the car is opened with force than the damage has to be paid by the renter.
The only exclusion is, when the car is parked at the airport park house to be returned. Than it has to be locked and the key has to be put inside the boot of the car.
Insurance
Including in the rental price are taxes, fees and insurance. That means a liability insurance against damage to the adversary of the accident with a limit of indemnity of 50 millon Euro, a passengers accident insurance with a limit of indemnity of 70 millon Euro, a material damage insurance with a limit of indemnity of 15 millon Euro, a car theft insurance and a comprehensive cover with a contribution splitted depending on the rented car category: € 600,00 category A, € 750,00 category B, € 900,00 category C, € 1.500,00 category D.
For € 4,00 for the cars of the category A, € 5,00 for cars of the category B, € 6,00 for cars of the category C and for € 10,00 for cars of the category D for each rental day we are offering a comprehensive cover insurance without contribution. Only when renting the Opel GT it is possible for the payment of € 10,00 daily to decrease the contrubution from € 1.500,00 to € 300,00 .
Payment conditions
If you pick up your car at the airport you have to pay directly at the airport. You can pay in cash and we also accept credit cards like Visa, Master- and Eurocard ( American Express and Diners not! ).
Limitation of kilometers, caution
There is no limitation for kilometers. Normaly we are not demanding money or any other deposit, We trust our clients!
24-Hour-Service
In case of emergency we do have a 24 hour service. We help everywhere and at any time. You can reach us under the mobil-number 619 742 700 ( normally you do not need to dial the area code 0034 ) !
Rental contract dates
We do need the following dates from you that we can prepare the contract and you do not have waiting times at the airport:
first name and surname of the renter and the drivers, home address and vacation address with telephone number, fax, handy number, number of the identification card of the renter, place of issue, date of issue, number of the driving licence of the driver/s, place of issue, date of issue, name of the flight company, flight number, arrival time in Palma,home-airport, number of people and time of departure on the departure day.

Non-smoker-cars
In the interest of the majority of our customers and families with children our cars are from now on non-smoking-cars. In case of offense a cleaning fee of € 150.- has to be paid.
